Quick update, on Tuesday my bench session went really well. Program B is working extremely well. It kinda feels like Smolov where I am surprising myself with how much strength I can gain so quickly. LOL. The guys in the gym do this. Reverse grip bench press is popular among older powerlifters.

It helps bench press strength. It is also a different position for the shoulder joint so sometimes when your shoulder is fucky on some positions, this helps keep training pressing strength during that time. It also works triceps on a different way. The previous gym owner told me to try these.
