^ Why, it is a punk place?

There shouldn't be hippies at punk joints, that doesn't make sense, lol

The Overstay, sounds familiar... wasn't that the hotel from the Shining?

I'm so pumped. I need to go buy some sticks. I'll bring my camera.

Haven't spilled any Masato BS on them yet, so likely no mask pics... if I like these dudes I'll tell em 1 day and get some Masato pics :D

You are a hippie
You smell like skunk
I'm your arch-enemy
A middle class punk
Get out
Get a life
Get a job
Everyone's smoking grass
Everyone is an ass
Can't you afford to cut your hair?
Cause Frank and I will cut it off for free
Never trus a hippie
They'll sell you bad drugs

^ yeah that's about it, lol

Had TONS of fun. The 2 guys (they are brothers) were already there jamming when I arrived. They are also in late 30's, I liked them pretty much right away. Simple, down to earth canadian-grown punk fans. Pretty mellow though they said they don't smoke herbs (actually one brother didn't really answer, lol)

They offered me a few beers but I declined/Ihad a spliff in the parking lot before and I don't really dig beer (wheat)

Anyways, 1 of the brothers had only been playing for a few years, but the other brother was pretty good and said he'd played in a few punk bands before and had been learning different punk tunes on his own since he was a teen. We pretty much liked all the same kind of stuff, which was great. He'd hum a song and I would know it, was cool for sure.

I was rusty as hell but started to loosen up about half way through. We rocked out a few times, other times just kind of warming up and figuring out where we're at. WAY more fun imo if we had a volcalist, but the more experienced brother got on the mic a few times and can hit em pretty good. We played some Rancid, Black Flag, Sex Pistols, and a few others I forget.

Our goal now is to pick a few tunes to learn. If things go well we're gonna jam again in 1 week.

I don't think they are alphabets :D
