A cat:
Cinical, humorous, cute, and hight-inteligent, cat's being following human-race for thousand of years, and in all thos eyears they being poke fun at us, running or furniture and always making sure to do all that with style.
So i would have a cat as a hench-man, like Inspector Gadget or Atilla in Lion-Heart.
