There is no good fishing in the southern half of this state.

Worst drought in recorded history (even worse than Australia's millennium drought.. And we have even dumber politicians).

I went hiking to a beautiful waterfall and mountain spring I loved when I was a college sophomore, and it's a tiny little trickle that empties into a mud puddle.

Yeah droughts can affect saltwater fishing too.

If enough micronutrients arent washed in to the coastal waters from the land then certain marine life at the bottom end of the chain arent able to survive and it fucks up the whole food chain meaning paleagics and other fish move elsewhere.



I watched a doco on it they can actually predict when there were droughts during pre human times by measuring the distance between growth rings in these ancient sea cactus type things. This was a kinda anti climate change scientists though.
