That dude is taking on the assumption that if the the moon was 4.5 billion years old, it has been moving away from Earth at a constant rate for 4.5 billion years. But what if it hasn't been? What if it was always constant distant away or even slowly moving closer to Earth, but one (or many) of the meteors that has struck the moon -or even the Earth- has displaced the old elliptical pattern and created a new one that slowly moves the Earth and moon away from eachother at 250m/year?

It's a paradigm, if he's all powerful, then he shouyld be able to make a rock so big and heavy (and magical?) that not even he can move it. But then if he can't move that rock, he's not all powerful. So he's powerless to make a rock so great that he can't move it.
