I just felt her cold rudeness is a bit overplayed/exaggerated and kind of gets in the way of whatever sensible points she may be making

IMO being such a caricaturized bitch actually does a disservice to her message; opponents will just hate her more and refuse to listen, and those who might agree with her won't want to be associated with such ugly mannerisms
