Ahhhhh... that's whats missing! The stringy kind too.
A creation of my own.
Kao Pat Grapao Gai Heng - Grapao Chicken Fried Rice
I fried some trimmed chicken legs, then mixed in some Grapao powder with a bit of water, then added cold boiled rice and stir-fried the lot. It may look a bit gross, but it tastes decent.

I assume you mean the dried ones. Not at all, the ones in the bamboo curry are far spicier.

Come on DB, Hong Kong is an ex-colonial country. They are chips, not fries! crinkle cut chips at that.
