I have done some sissy white belt surfing before, and got dumped/rocked a few times at a like 1/1000th the scale of that wave in the OP.
When I watch those guys bailing in the OP vid I can't understand how you can survive it without having every bone in your body broken. To ride that must be the most intense experience

^I had a similar experience when I went to that beach where people hang off the fence from the airplane jet propulsion. I think its called Maha beach but anyways the waves were insane and they had a killer undercurrent which made it twice as dangerous.
