I wouldn't know about that. Just finished my daily dose of 350 cl spirits. Getting ready for my nightly communion.
On the other hand I don't pull 200kg deadlifts.

Last night I went to test my bench 1rm despite my shoulder and bicep still hurting a lot. I got a new PB at 268 which felt easy and was basically a warm up for my next attempt, 281. I came really close to getting it. It was one of those reps where it stops at a point, you maintain your composure and the bar goes up a bit more, but its not quite enough that the triceps can just lock it out. I would have got it if it was a few pounds less and also likely would have got it if I was fully healed. I'm pretty disappointed though I guess its not that bad.

4 jan
starfish 4kg 3x18
wide grips pullups 3x12
tired and cold as hell in the gym, went home after

5 jan
side kick red band 3x32
kettlebell single leg deadlift 43kg 3x12

7 jan
starfish 4kg 3x18
bench press 140kg x 3
barbell row 100kg 3x10
lots of fatigue this period, bench sucked

9 jan
side kick red band 3x32
squat 145kg x 8
left glute feels very robust, although weights are still low. I can't find a single spot when rolling on a lacrosse ball where it is tender or tight.

10 jan
starfish 4kg 3x18
wide grip pullups 3x12
seated ezbar overhead extensions 50kg x 15 drop 40kg x 8 drop 30kg x 6
concentration curls 13.5kg x 24 RP 12 RP 6

11 jan
side kick red band 3x lost count but over 30, time to increase reps this is getting easy, left glute medius is getting better and better.
kettlebell split squats 43kg 3x14

left shoulder is good for benching as long as I keep doing my rehab/prehab stuff but it still hurts at overhead position. I have some chinese BPC and TB500 in the freezer that I will see if they work, if it doesn't I'll try some from another reputable source, if that doesn't work then I am booking a time for PRP+hyaluronic acid in the shoulder joint.

Missed a lot of auxiliary exercises, have had to move sessions forward and then the extreme cold gave me fatigue hangover while training more than usual so when I got the rehab and then main movement I left the gym to keep some reserves for the days ahead. Bench press tonight feeling fresh, hope I hit 8 reps, then I will increase 2.5kg each week as long as I keep getting 8 reps, if not, stay at same weight.

Did a fast to start the year. I had a breakfast sandwich on new years day around noon. I hit the squat rack (unimpressively) that evening while I watched the second half of the Michigan game. I had a protein shake bottle afterwards. No dinner. Didn't consume any calories the next day but prepared bone broth. Had maybe 2 cups of bone broth on the third. Same on the 4th.

Practicing yoga during autophagy definitely heightened the experience similarly to the way that psilocybin does but more so bodily and less so in the head space. I felt a stronger connection between the bandhas and it was kind of like the difference physically of accessing postures deeper at the end of an exhale as opposed to having a lungfull of air.

Broke the fast on the 5th around noon. Will do again.
