Down to 78.5 kg. Be checking body composition on the 20th. Last time I was at 20% bodyfat.

So how are you getting the test done? does the local shaman shake a fishbone at you then throw down some sacred stones then interprate the formation of the stones as a body fat percentage?

last nights session

log press, worked up to 75kg x 8

pullups, 22, 20, 20. Tried extra 2 reps on the first set to see if there were any more gains to be extracted, ended up having to do a sloppy third set, today my biceps are tweaked from this lol

seated ezbar tricep extension 60kg x 20
only one straight set here, preserving some fatigue since the dropsets won't lead to gains this period anyway.

Yes, though I prefer to just work out at home. I'm in a suburb/district of Toronto now.

Single leg deadlift
90kg x 6, +2 rep PR

Bench press
140 x 8, 3, 5
Seal row
100kg x 5,5,6

was exhausted this bench session, crazy amount of work

Last nights session
squat 170kg x 8

This morning I went to the physio. I thought I must have had some residual scar tissue and injured tissue lingering since I still felt some tightness in the trochanteric area but not the same injury feeling like before, but still worth a treatment in case it gets worse or if it pops again and fibers tear. I point at the area where its always sore and he says thats the hamstring attatchment. He puts pressure on glute med areas and no pain. Checks with ultrasound and says glute medius is looking fantastic. Pressure on the top hamstring attatchment and even the whole hamstring caused enough pain to make me grunt, he said I must have tweaked the left hamstring since I work it harder than usual, which is true with single leg work every week and rehab 2-4 times a week on it.

I could barely believe it and this injury has been around so long that it is only now I am realizing that I am finally free, the glute medius is completely healed. I am extremely pumped up right now, this means so much to me. Both glute medius and shoulders are doing fantastic, and I am well equipped to manage and prevent future injuries.

Stock press 75kg x 8
Pullups 3x20
Seated EZbar extensions 60x20
Concentration curls 9kg x 20-12-12

Bicep, forearm and wrist felt much better with light conc curls with a squeeze at the top.

We should make some Best Improved competition so everyone keeps posting. Best improved lifts or some other competition. I am injury free now so I am up for it.

I like the idea. Only it's 420 and I'm into some Bruce Lee shit. I've dropped my squats down to 80kg and pretend I'm taking a shit. Dropped Deadlifts to 120kg and focusing on the back.
More muscles less fat. Probably weaker.
