No, it was this fight vs Young back in '77 that drove George over the edge, you might have heard the story; Foreman was hearing voices in the dressing room and thought God directed him to enter the ministry. It was a premature end to his fighting career (or so we thought) brought about by Young's trolling style.

The bout was on national tv, CBS and ABC did regular big event fights on free terrestrial tv back then.
