I thought the biggest promotion was RUFF, but they havnt had an event in like 8 months so Im not sure whats going on with them.

^I read ONE FC is doing big things in China this year, so maybe a lot of the top men from RUFF are jumping ship?

ONE Championship is based in Singapore. They are the 4th largest promotion in the world and much larger than any promotion in China. Both ONE and M-1 Global have been trying to break into the Chinese market and are holding events in China this year.
