Andy Ruiz UPSET doc

Postby Masato » Wed Dec 04, 2019 3:33 am

About the night he stole the belt from Anthony Joshua.

Narrated by Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Sylvester Stallone and more. Very nice little production, what a night

Ruiz played the mind games perfectly leading up to their first fight. AJ thought he was unstoppable, bought into his own hype. Pretty pumped for the rematch, hopefully the winner fights the winner of Fury-Wilder 2.

Well, that was the dullest Fight Press Conference I have ever watched, lol Absolutely zero sparks.

The fight should be good though.

Crazy that Joshua hasn't fought Wilder nor Fury yet. That's the triangle I wanna see unfold

HW boxing might just be interesting again

thank god lol

Yeah me too. I hadn't followed Joshua's rise, just catching up now how everyone is impressed but not really wearing off on me so far

I just wanna see a good triangle between Fury, Wilder, and the winner. Hope whoever wins does it convincingly so we can set the stage.

Also hope they don't put those next fights off too long before Fury is done :(

Will you be watching, Edge?

Watched the whole fight. Pretty exciting but Joshua fought like a bitch imo

Ruiz has no real business there at that level, Joshua should have been able to deal with him but chose to jab for points for 12 rounds. I get it, but think that a HW champ should be at least a little bit frightening.

Hope Wilder or Fury fucks him up lol

Was kind of cool to see the fight in Saudi Arabia.

I heard they built the entire stadium just for the one event, then tore it down again. Lol money = different over there.

Ruiz spent 3 months partying, eating and not training after he won the first fight. He got up to 300 lbs. When he is disciplined he does belong at that level, he went to a split decision with Parker and is 1-1 vs AJ. Id like to see him fight Ortiz, Whyte, or Pulev.

When Joshua lost he went to Klitschko for advice, he gave him a new routine that made him lighter and more efficient, and gave him the signature Klitschko jab you all night gameplan. Usyk and Pulev are his mandatories and it looks like Usyk is gonna get his turn first.
