NJ Gov Chris Christie's Day at the Beach

Postby Masato » Tue Jul 04, 2017 3:30 pm

They is hilarious

NJ Governor shuts down the beaches for a weekend... then gets caught taking his family to the beach while no one else is allowed to go.

LOL

He orders a State Government Shutdown: http://www.nj.com/politics/index.ssf/20 ... ate_g.html

WHAT IS CLOSED: State parks and beaches
All state-run parks, recreational areas, forests, camping areas, historic sites, and beaches are now closed. That includes the two state beaches — Cheesequake and Island Beach — and Liberty State Park in Jersey City. Here is a full list of which parks are shuttered.

Here is what the beach typically looks like on Holiday weekends:

Here is the beach that weekend, where Christie took his family to the now 'private' beach:

Oh yeah, lol

At a press briefing after the weekend, a reporter asked him if he 'got any sun' over the weekend. Christie said no, he 'didn't get any sun'.

Then they showed the photos. After, Brian Murray, the governor's spokesman, said this in his defence:

"He did not get any sun. He had a baseball hat on."

what a fat, sludgey cunt.
People say they all want the truth, but when they are confronted with a truth that disagrees with them, they balk at it as if it were an unwanted zombie apocalypse come to destroy civilization.

I'm glad that Trump used the guy, made him think he had a chance at VP, and then kicked him to the curb when he no longer needed him.

You can see why he wants a private beach.

This is so over the top it feels like a psy-op. Just riling people up to be anti-government for the 4th. Who knows, could just be a legit fat asshole who got caught doing a ridiculous thing...or a cleverly designed psychological attack on the people. You be the judge.

I imagine that this will be justified somehow. Why were all of the parks and beaches closed?
I suppose he will argue that the state did not have the necessary resources to open all of these facilities to the public, but that his "research crew" didn't impact on those resources.
