I like video game streams in the background because the sounds are soothing. Listening to your stuff, I can't get much done, because I have to stop and listen or fuck up what I'm doing.

You're art and words. You listen to words while you art. I listen to soothing sounds while I word.

Different mediums need different distractions I think. I can't do my shit while tuning into your shit.

I bet you listening to video game streamers would drive you nuts when you're trying to produce.

Yeah my work does not require language, its just drawing. If I had to read or write while trying to process linguistic audio for sure it wouldn't work.

I love my job for this

No such word existed in 1871 I'd be pretty sure




Some people argue that Pike knew what the terms would be before the public did.
I think the entire paragraph about WW2 shows that this was not a letter from Pike in 1871. The book it first appeared in during the late 1950's is most likely the original source.
