^how about just SIMPLIFY it and use American TAX $$$ for AMERICANS FIRST with some UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE EQUALITY for ALL and then any surplus $$$ left over could be used to charitably contribute to the Global Good so long as USA is DEBT FREE and AMERICAN CITIZENS are being cared for FIRST
