Currently, where in the WORLD is there STABILITY?

is there any country/region which doesn't seem to be suffering some pains of Social Evolution? I see WAR devastating some countries/regions....in others it's issues like DRUG ADDICTION and Wealth Inequality along with Political Division.....seems like the World is in the Process of suffering some Major Pains of Social Evolution......I don't really subscribe to the Apocalyptic Theory but I do believe that throughout History Humans will suffer the miseries of Crumbling Societies as System Cycles Birth, Peak, and Decline, repeating the PROCESS of Birth, Peak, and Decline....

I don't see no difference between those "Streets of Philly" youtube vids and the poverty/social-conditions observed in Africa, India, or other such place
