If so, post it here if you can find it and let's discuss.
Hell, let's discuss anyway, nothin' better to do \
I'll start it off with a favorite of mine; 1965's Harum Scarum:

People say they all want the truth, but when they are confronted with a truth that disagrees with them, they balk at it as if it were an unwanted zombie apocalypse come to destroy civilization.
I did like this one though, not bad. Keitel is excellent in it. He plays a guy who claims to be Elvis, and you know the hook they string a thin benefit of the doubt in the audience the whole way because he seems so sincere and likeable
Honestly I have never watched an elvis movie. They always looked ridiculous to me, clearly just making the film to showcase a singer. Was he any good of an actor?

No, he wasn't a great actor. His manager Colonel Tom Parker got these movie deals purely to make money and they made a lot of it. He'd pump out five, six of them a year at very little cost and most of them were quite popular at the box office.
As for movies featuring an Elvis character, Bubba Ho Tep was my clear favorite in that category:

It's been so long since I've seen an Elvis movie I can't remember which ones I liked.
But on this subject, I like the Elvis version they did in Walk The Line. The Johnny Cash movie had a guy that played Elvis and he was pretty good. They made him seem friendly and supportive of Johnny Cash and pretty familiar with June Carter.
