Bench press 140 x 5
Seal row 100kg x 5,6,6
Bench strength no good, have to get it up somehow. Late last summer I did 147.5kg for 8 then my left shoulder got pretty bad. At least now I have incorporated rehab/prehab every training session and know how to deal with this as the demand on the joint will only become greater as I gain strength.

It helps bench press strength. It is also a different position for the shoulder joint so sometimes when your shoulder is fucky on some positions, this helps keep training pressing strength during that time. It also works triceps on a different way. The previous gym owner told me to try these.

You really need to get into the hurt zone, push hard and somehow get enough protein in. Not that id train like this but you could just do the big 4 bench, squat, DL and OHP then add some rowing or chins and if you went hard enough and ate right youd make progress wihout assistance work . Personally id get bored plus I have inuries so have to do other shit but when lil vutu wants to lift again, hes 14 thats all he will be doing

LOL. The guys in the gym do this. Reverse grip bench press is popular among older powerlifters.
Just ordered protein for the first time. 700 baht and should last a month. Better spent money than Yaa dong
