I mean wevve all been there, no harm intended Indeed. He speaks better Thai than I do though. As usual the Thai cops handle it great. The dude was just frustrated about someone running him off the road and lost it for a bit. As soon as it was clear he was no longer a danger to himself he went home....

I was using stronglifts.com 5x5 for quite a while and definitely increased strength.
Now I'm more focused on looking like I lift.
