^Those are awesome. Thanks on the girls, and for the fighters I had Wand, Fedor, Saku, GSP and Shogun. How did you create the gradual phases in the first pic? I really gotta teach myself to do gifs one rainy day.

I used the 'liquify' tool in photoshop, distorting each image bit by bit to try to match the proportions of the other image.

I made layers as I went, and then just cross-faded all the layers into a sequence. Took about 30 minutes, I was surprised it worked actually, I just had the idea and experimented with it.
