Bench press 140 x 6,6,6
Seal row 100kg x 6,6,6
Weirdest thing ever. Best bench is 147.5 for 8 and I was expecting my bench to get there again quickly but the strength is just not there. Went all out first set and still only got 6, very slow speed on the last rep, 0.15m/s. But no pump or fatigue after, so decided to do some more sets maybe a few reps each, but somehow got 6 reps on each and then felt fatigue. Maybe that's why it stagnated, the stimuli wasn't there because I wasn't getting fatigued, whilst the strength wasn't there to produce enough fatigue from a single set. Unfortunately I figured this out late in the cycle.
Anyone interested in a group fitness challenge?

I believe a higher dose of anabolic steroids are called for here.
I had a rare opportunity to sleep in until 10am this morning and that extra sleep turned me into a beast in the gym, after benching, dips, DB pressing I managed 13 reps which felt like 1RIR x 2 sets on the trip push downs at 45KG, veery strict form until the last 3 or so reps. I came home to an empty house and wanked about 4 times in 2 hours

So first day back deadlifting after close to 3 months off DLs or squats
Worked up to 5 x 185 could have pulled another 10 reps for sure but why tempt fate?
Found a new branch of my gym close by, has a lat pullover machine was awkward AF, great machines there and elevated platforms of to DL
Gym record for DLs is 270kg according to the white board so im not the strongest there

left glute med even tighter. Booked time for PRP+hyaluronic acid april 15th.

Stock press worked up to 75kg x 8
Wide grip pullups 3x20
Seated EZbar overhead extension 60kg x 20 drop 50kg x 8 drop 40kg x 8
Concentration curls 16kg x 12
Great PRs but biceps are fried by the end and can't even grip the DBs to curl them.

Alright so I have been really busy and unmotivated lately so havent given an update in 2 weeks, but I have been putting in work so here is what I've been doing:
Last Wednesday - a program B bench session that was a success as I got 5 sets at a new weight, but I failed going for the 6th set.
Tried to find a gym open on Good Friday, but no dice. So I worked out last Saturday instead. This was a squat session to regain my confidence, I went down to 325 lbs and had an easy session. Surprisingly I got intense DOMS.
Then, on Tuesday I did another bench session, and finally back on schedule. Another program B session and another win - I got all 8 sets this time. It wasnt that hard either, but my body was definitely feeling it the next day.
Then on Wednesday I finally got back on schedule with my squat sessions, and back on track in a big way too. I jumped back up to 345 lbs and had a great session, felt strong.
Finally it seems like things are back on track, but I have to move tomorrow. My weights are packed up already so I cant do the bench session I should be doing tonight. Hopefully I can just do it tomorrow instead and there will be no interference in my routine.

Where are you moving to Luigi? somewhere closeer to a 24/7 gym?

Gym will be closed from the 11th to the 16th for Songkran. I've decided to increase from 4 to 5 days a week. Combining shoulders with triceps and biceps wasn't working.
