log press 85kg x 8
almost dropped it at rep 2, I am doing it outdoors on uneven grass, but managed to get stable and control, and got 8 reps

pullups 3x20
weigh 90kg in the morning, 2-3 kg above usual last weeks and felt it with pullups

seated ezbar tricep extensions 80kg x 12
fucking heavy bar

had some stinging shoulder pain all day but was good for training and didn't make the training difficult.

2 squat sessions ago my mind locked my body despite the weight only being 330, which really annoyed me but also terrified me as if I had somehow lost all my strength. Today I did sets of 9 at 312 and it was easy so thankfully I'm still doing alright. Maybe I was slightly injured that other time. The shoulder is healing slowly but steadily, I try not to sleep on my right side as it makes it sore in the morning when I do.

Hang in there Luigi we're all in the same boat I think, it sucks but youre pushing through and thats what counts

training got postponed, I got to the gym the other day and my quads started cramping and twitching, couldn't do shit. magnesium deficiency.

tonights training
squat 195 x 8
hamstring good, but my ears popped lol. was dazed for a few minutes after this set

barbell holds 120kg 3 sets 20sec.
felt easier. will up weight next time

Been doing this but swapping cable crossovers for flys the last two Chest days. Feels good so far. Probably joining a new gym with MT next week.

My boss is on vacation, which is almost better than me being on vacation because it basically means I get to take naps in the first half of the day yet still be on top of my work in the rest of the day and not fall behind. This seems to have helped my recovery because I am feeling zero pain even though I did a bench session today. Tomorrow is squats but also have some other stuff to deal with that hopefully wont get in the way.

last training

bench press 150 x almost 7
the fucker hit the hooks and I spent my energy balancing the last top inch before lockout, hit the hooks a good 3 times then only one side of the bar went on the hook and the plates of the other side eventually fell off as my right arm was burned out lol. My left shoulder hurt a bit after this and only managed to get one more rep the next set and called it a day. I am ordering a bench shirt with sticky fabric on the upper back so I stay put when benching.

seal rows 80kg x 10,10,10

concentration curls 9kg x 20 RP 16 RP 12
