People say they all want the truth, but when they are confronted with a truth that disagrees with them, they balk at it as if it were an unwanted zombie apocalypse come to destroy civilization.

Anyway my review of the shoes is kinda worthleess as I havent had lifters in years but I will say that the shoes take a bit of getting used to. For years Ive been using 2.5's under my heels to hit ATG squats so now without the plates under my feet it feels weird. You cant adjust mid set like you can when using plates to elevate your heels. I felt the quads getting hit way more than normal as Im a good morning squatter.

I think its worth the money but youre forced to go heavy cause wearing lifters and working at less than 80% looks ghey imo and its all about what other who you dont know think about you.

My shoulders are fucked. Went to BJJ one night a bout 2 weeks ago. Next day my right shoulder was fucky. If I lift my arm up and rotate it internally, my front delt, where my delts and bicep meet, hurts like hell! Then I had a killer shoulder workout at the gym. Of course, it made it worse. Then I went to BJJ again and fucked it up even more! Now both shoulders and traps are in excruciating pain. I win the Darwins award for this one!

I think I need to foam roll the fuck out of my back and shoulders. Apparently my muscles are stiff as fuck. Anyone else experience this?

Thinking of getting me one of these Saguaro barefoot shoes. Looks a helluva lot better than those Vibram 5 Fingers atrocity

I sleep on the couch by choice in summer (cold leather) and it fucks my shoulders, heavy benching doesnt help. I swear by doing dead hangs for temp relief

I tried doing dead hangs a few days ago when the pain was at its peak. I think it made it worse! But today, i tried it again and it was alright. Gonna do a daily circuit of dead hangs, foam rolling and resistance band stuff for rotator cuffs, see how that works. The stretching/masseuse chick at my work is sick in hospital right now... could really do with one of her deep tissue massages.
