Bulgarian Split Squats, yeah? I did them for quite a while, good stuff. I'll probably reintroduce them soon.

Been having a cold since new years eve. Hoping to get back to the gym on Thursday. It's cold at like 20 degrees Celsius.

From the BSS?

Back in the gym tonight, fuck me you lose strength so quick at this age. Like a week and a half of not lifting and I my previous 5rm on bench is now a 2rm

Been really really depressed last week or so wasnt sure why, lifted tonight and all seems okay with the world again

Best addiction ever

lol I have vibram 5 fingers, they feel good to wear and walk around though. watch out for stuff in the gym, your toes will be crushed.

yes I call them split squats (fuck the bulgarians). I do them on my left leg only because its the fucked up leg - injury free now but still smaller and weaker than my right leg. IMO its the best glute medius exercise
