happy new years mofuckers! been busy lately and too lazy to bring my log book from my car to my desk to post workouts. Ill post up all workouts up until now. I think we should make some kind of challenge this year for the thread.
Im down, how about a prize for the biggest percentage increase totalled across the big 4?

Why not biggest total KG increase? If someone goes from a deconditioned 40kg bench to 60kg bench that's 50% for just getting back in the groove.

none of the lifts were maximum maximorum but either shy or at failure at the last rep so I will compare to equal reps and equal sets
lost my gopro unfortunately, I suspect in the old gym

Today was the 4th time a client sought me out to be their trainer. That's very rare as far as male trainers are concerned. I'm not even that experienced. i guess I just look the part. For years my customers tell me I don't look like a pet shop owner, that I look more like a fitness coach. They might be right!
