one of the coolest women I have known was Yoga teacher. She was a yellow-haired white woman, a real beauty, and she could have been living like a real superficial strumpet but instead she happily lived a simple non-materialist life with her boyfriend in a travel-trailer camper, didn't even own a television...she WALKED the TALK of her Yoga faith and was an inspiring example to me in my endeavor to live more simply

I've seen people get married with the best of intentions, in love with respect to all family vales etc...

Then 1 of the partners turns out to be not who they thought they were, and suddenly they're married to an abusive psycho.

In this case I think there is no sin, dishonour, or weakness whatsoever in divorce, it's perfectly sensible and healthy.
Sad, but necessary. No sense wasting one's life attached to a destructive partner if the issues cannot be resolved.




Also, yoga girls who live in camper vans should not be trusted for anything long-term, lol

I skipped around and maybe got the jist of it. I would tend to agree, but of course as you point out in your next post, sometimes even marriages with good people go sideways.

If it means anything to you, I've been married for 25 years now and unless I am oblivious to something (not uncommon for me lol), we seem to be doing well, happy to share my experiences on the topic. My daughter is off to college already, I liked the part in that vid about parents letting the kids go.
