however forearms and shoulders gave out, decent 6 reps though
seal rows 80kg 3x10
concentration camp curls 9kg 24-20-12
last training
log press 85kg x 3
forearms fatigued and might have gotten 4 in optimal conditions

failed to do seated EZbar tricep extensions, forearms fried, couldn't clean the bar up. tried different setups on a rack but too uncomfortable and just kept draining my energy.

My leg day yesterday
DB reverse lunges 3 x 15
Zercher squats 4 x 10
Deadlifts 4 x 8
Calf raises 3 x 30
Been pretty shitty with sleep lately. My shift is 1pm to 10pm. But motherfucking clients been booking 10 am sessions which I don't have the comfort of refusing yet. FML. Tomorrow is the first day with no early appointment in over a week. As if I'm gonna sleep early though, LOL

hmmm. Never assume your potential client is a broke fuck like yourself. so don't start with the discounts and shit early on.
Always try to create an emergency, like, yo this promotion only lasts until next week... better lock in the current price before it goes up, Kinda contradicts point 1 but oh well.
Potential clients don't care how nice your gym is or how awesome you are as a coach. Their main concerns are time, location, and needs.
Learn what gyms are located in every neighbourhood. So when clients say, well there's a xyz gym by my house, you can offer a reasonable rebuttal.
Approach a potential client as if they're a hot chick you wanna bang. You don't wanna just talk about the gym and how knowledgeable you are in working out. Have normal conversations with them first, like hey, what sports do you play? That's great! who's your favourite team? etc
shit like that.
Have you fucked any clients? what about female ones?

Since working at this job, I've noticed there's way more hot chicks in HK than say 10 years ago. Gym culture is way more prevalent than it ever was. Mostly due to Instagram I reckon. Everyone now wants to look good for IG. I'm not complaining.

second last training
bench press 150x7 (+1 rep PR), 0
Felt aches and pains warming up but with my grippier shoes and the grip shirt, I am sitting tight as hell, and got a new best. After that set, which was not that much of a grind at the last rep, I went for a second set but my shoulders just said no, bar went down once and stayed there lol.
seal rows 80kg x 3 x 10
concentration camp curls 9kg x 24,20,16
last training
single leg deadlift 100kg x 4 (+1 rep PR)
leg press calf raise 200-250kg ~20 reps
seated unilateral leg curl 3 sets
Now I have to keep this momentum going to make gains in bench press. I have to not fuck up bench press because of shoulder pain, that means I have to execute technique perfectly, and not exhaust the recuperative abilities of my shoulder joint the days before, which is a challenge in itself because I need that vertical press as just bench press by itself probably isn't enough training for shoulders.

This sounds like a fun job. I would keep notes of clients to personalize their sessions and show them that I keep track of their progress.
