my daughter deadlifted 85kg at 53kg BW after 2 months today.

Made her do 10x10 lat pulls and 10x10 chest supported rows afterwards and she got it done no problem, proud moment for me

One hand within the grip lines. Vernacular is probably off. Basically as tight as I can get it with full rom

Anyway tuna shakes

Big tin of draind tuna in springwater, water, squeeze of lemon, blend. 64g of protein for $5 and its not bad at all

Galt not sure if youll be able to do it maybe in a mortar and pestle or shaman's cauldron but let us know how you go

Tuna is pricey here, around 50 baht for a small tin. I have 5 eggs for lunch on workout days.
