If I don't do chinups/pullups for years I can't do many. Maybe if you do assisted for some weeks the strength in pullups will catch up for bodyweight.

Will try again, lat pull downs blow my back up on deadlift day and im normally too fatuiged to fuck with pullups after DLs anyway, I know I need to look at my split but im too lazy
I did find the boostcamp app today while lifting, its fucking great and has a lot of the popular splits/programs listed free but the more I read into them the more I realise that doing a program called "Bullmastiff" may sound cool but the basics are just the same shit different flavor as everything else

rest and eat
your body adapts thinking youre going to do it again, maybe an immune response? IDK

Avenged last session. Was hyped as fuck. Went for 7th but I got it up maybe 5cm at best lol.

I do max reps on cable cross until I can no longer touch hands and then do a few more partial reps, so chest is fully burnt out. Its a light weight and I use a lot of mind muscle. Then immediately I go to the bench press with normal grip width but feet up and go for max reps. I can film next time, nothing complicated.

too high jump up in weight, felt like a shock, couldn't do more than one lol.
leg press calf raise 200kg x 24 RP 12 RP 10
barbell press 80kg x 12,12,9
pullups +10kg x 3x12
JM close grip 90kg x 15 RP 7 RP 4
deadlifts 120kg x 5,8,10
back to squats and deadlifts! will do them both weekly now, deadlifts 120 then 140 then 160, squats 100 - 120 - 140, then will go by feel and when it gets heavy go back to alternating them weekly. piriformis feels good hopefully this is the final chapter of this injury.

Did legs yesterday (zerchers, RDLs, leg press and calf raises). Then my boss wanted to do a back workout with us, so i worked out twice in like, 5 hours. Anyways, here's the back workout we did.
Deadlifts 4 sets
60kg x 10, 80kg x 8, 100kg x 6, 140kg x 4
Dumbbell rows 2 sets left and right
No rest ladder set: 15kg x 20, 20kg x 15, 24kg x 10.
T-bar rows
Drop set with 6 5kg plates
30kg x 6, 25kg x 6, 20kg x 6, 15kg x 6, 10kg x 6, 5kg x 6.
Did this twice from 30kg down to 5kg, and then back up from 5kg to 30kg.
Lat pulldowns 6 sets
Overhand grip 50kg x 10, underhand grip 50kg x 10
Overhand grip 60kg x 8, underhand grip 60kg x 8
overhand grip 70kg x 6, underhand grip 70kg x 6
Barbell bicep curls 20kg 6 sets of 10
The T-bar rows and lat pulldowns could have been heavier, but there were other ppl in the group including a couple of girls. But after a leg workout, it was enough for me to not want to go to BJJ later in the evening, lol
