Not any more Masato; as of this year Harper has implemented the new MMPR program which takes away sick people's right to grow their own medicine (though it is currently being challenged in court). Your options now are - a) buy shitty overpriced bud from one of around twenty-five licensed producers (politically connected wealthy business folk with no background in the cannabis industry - b) buy good bud from one of the 90+ illegal (yet about to be regulated by Vancouver city council in a big fuck you to Harper) medical dispensaries operating inside the boundaries of Vancouver city (or one brave Weeds Glass and Gifts outlet operating here on the North Shore) that offer mail order to patients in TROC - c) move to Vancouver and pay 20 - 50 bucks to see a naturopath about that insomnia-back pain-depression etc and join one of the ninety clubs.

Just glad I don't live in TROC - your weather is bad enough but that pot prohibition - fuck that!
