Its like musical chairs for slimmy fucktards
25% of people who are mostly fat chicks love him and vote for him no matter what. He only needs to win over another 5% to win the elections. The first election he was against a guy who had been in power for a decade and was rolling out crazy anti-terror legislation that was curtailing people's rights. The 2nd election he was against a robot slimy politician type who offered nothing so nobody voted. The 3rd election he was against a fake conservative who pandered to fags and trannies so nobody voted.
Unfortunately the case for most countries in the world. The elites have to get a hold of their balls and step up and get shit done a la Trump. Same goes for everyone below too, everyone is living off of sucking govt titties to survive. Pussification has gone too far, that's why some wimp like Trudeau can even sound appealing to some.
Trump was the best president theyve had in living memory
Expelling illegal migrants made him a racist lol

Europeans cant build reliable cars, they need to stick to women's fashion
No BS there. They make it too complicated to repair, you're not allowed to replace parts yourself, and very expensive at authorized workshops. Toyotas with cam chain FTW.
I drive a 10 year old lexus SUV, you cant break it. I wont lose money on it

Luigi wrote:Alright so I finally finished the healing plan given to me by the physio guy. Today was my first time trying a proper session in 2 months. In similar time frames I have utterly destroyed 6 months of gains so I was a bit worried, but today I smashed a session with a working weight of 264 lbs, only 6kg below my top working weight. The best part is, I wasnt fully pushed to my limits. Across 8 sets I never once took a full 15 minute rest, which means the weight I was using was essentially not taxing my nervous system at all. Thats exactly how it felt too, no feeling of being burnt out. My pecs did not feel challenged and have zero soreness. My frontal delts on the other hand are absolutely rekt lol But you know what isnt? The soft tissues in my shoulders. They are totally fine. The bicep tendons are also totally fine. The overall success of this task must be attributed to diet. Every day I forced myself to get enough calories and protein. Most days it was uncomfortable, but the results are well worth it. Its like my body forgot its supposed to get weaker when it doesnt work out for 2 months.
There is some bad news though. There is some soft tissue on the back of my left elbow which really flared up today. I have to hope it recovers quickly. Also my squat has stagnated and probably regressed a bit due to my low back not recovering fast enough. Not sure if I posted it here but about 2 weeks ago I squatted 360 lbs for 3 sets of 6 reps. Since then every session I have utterly failed due to my back hurting/not being fully recovered, which leads to the mental lock where the body simply will not let me squat heavy.
My short term goals now are modest ones, I plan to regain what tiny bit of strength I may have lost, and in the bench I want to improve to just a small bit stronger than I was before, at which point I will end this boring program which is unhealthy for the shoulders. Once thats complete, its summer time and this White boy is going on a cut.
You'll constantly take steps back and forth. In a couple weeks, I am going to match my max reps on deadlifts at 220kg since 2019...

Last fridays session
Split squats sets of 5 to 75kg
Seated single leg curl negatives
Cycle start monday 700 test 200 tren, 100/30 daily
Mondays session
Deadlift 205kg x 7, hamstring felt fucky. I haven't posted but after the glute med injury passed I have had some shit in my left hamstring. Did a PRP injection last week and now it is even more sore and pain in sciatic nerve (entrapment between biceps femoris). Might need another shot of PRP, I don't mind. When I got to rep 6 and 7 I felt some stinging pain in the hamstring and thought fuck it not worth straining more.
Seated single leg curl negatives to finish off the session for hamstring rehab.
Log press tonight.

We got a pendulum (SP?) squat machine at the gym now
Any tips, experiences?
Any tips, experiences?
Never heard of a pendulum squat machine.
Good news and bad news, the bad news is I had two days of work conferences this week and a friend's wedding tomorrow, which completely blocks all the time I would normally squat, so probably I will regress in the squat even more. The good news is today I benched and got 8 singles at 272 lbs, matching the highest weight where I have done so. Only for the last two sets did I need to fully rest my nervous system. So essentially, I'm right back where I was before. The elbow inflammation has gone down a bit, the shoulders are a bit sorer than last week. If I recover well though there is absolutely a good chance I could hit my goal next week.
