I'm starting to question this forum already. I can't believed no one has posted this show yet.
Lucky for you I'm here now I guess.

^Pat the NES Punk does a great review of that show.
Legit nostalgia ones:
Ones where I was a bit older but still have great memories of:
I actually rewatched the whole beyblades season 1 a few years ago, they were all on youtube. Still as awesome as I remember.

The show is called The Mysterious Cities of Gold and it is the greatest cartoon ever.
It was animated by the Japanese, but the story was by a French called Jean Chalopin and directed by another French guy Bernard Deyriès. You should hunt it out, it is an excellent show for all ages, (when I was a kid my Dad was a shift worker and he would get my Mum to videotape it for him so that he didn't miss it) it also holds up equally well today.
The most exciting and crazy thing about it was that it ended on a cliffhanger. It it is only now, 31 years after it was originally shown that a sequel series was produced, and while not guide as good as the first series it is still absolutely amazing!
Do yourself a favour, watch it and then I hope you will share it with your children, I know if I ever have children it will be getting rammed down their throats.

People say they all want the truth, but when they are confronted with a truth that disagrees with them, they balk at it as if it were an unwanted zombie apocalypse come to destroy civilization.
