Thai food isn't as spicy as what we eat at home.

Chicken curry gets 5 habeneros, 18 thai Birdseye and 6 tablespoons of chili powder for one chopped up bird.

It all depends on how much chili you put in the Som-Tam, my ex used to put 18 chilies in current girl does 4.

It's supposed to be Kaeng Kiaw Wan - Green Curry but again it depends on who makes it.

This guy who owned some bungalows on koh pang yang made this super hot dish that looked like bolanagse sauce with lotus petal. Was fucking awesome

That's sounds kind of like Nam Prik Awng northern chili paste. It's what I survive on when I am low on funds.
