How many of you over 40 males pack on muscle easily?

Postby Vutulaki » Wed Feb 23, 2022 2:13 pm

Not many
In Sydney
Not many, if any.

Except for me, both arms 18 inches for the first time in my life, always had big powerful arms but started to work them directly and they swole the fuck up

Yet here I am reading about "oh but my test levels are low" blah blah all over r/weightroom and other places high level guys like me frequent, claiming they miss the days they swole up without PED but no the case with you Lord here.

Life's good. Sucks to be you guys tho

Masato can confirm, I put on muscle no problem.
People say they all want the truth, but when they are confronted with a truth that disagrees with them, they balk at it as if it were an unwanted zombie apocalypse come to destroy civilization.

So youre relying on masato a semi literate beta omega to gauge your gains?

Come back when you start using a tapoe measure, calibrated scale and water displacement test.

LOL this

Honestly I have never really tried to 'pack on muscle', like ever. I just try to stay healthy/fit, and am confident/happy enough in my own skin to not have to worry about my looks or attracting a mate or tryin to look intimidating or whatever other reasons to get jacked up

To each their own, I'm sure its a rush and probably feels great I'm just too lazy I guess lol

If nothing else

Conclusions: Low muscle strength was independently associated with elevated risk of all-cause mortality, regardless of muscle mass, metabolic syndrome, sedentary time, or LTPA among US older adults, indicating the importance of muscle strength in predicting aging-related health outcomes in older adults.
