It is up to you what you think that means.

Can human beings co-exist intelligently without authority or rules? Might we learn enough respect and mutual ground to get along? Could a simple ‘Be cool - Golden Rule’ approach be enough? A forum with no police modding, no censorship, no cowardice to imposed views of ‘correctness’? Could it be true??
