A bloodbath since the Russians love to throw into the meatgrinder and the men are willing to be thrown in, and with NATO its a coalition, and Napoleon always said it was easy to beat a coalition. On the other hand NATO has the better technology like stealth planes, better tanks etc if it remains a comventional war. But i think Russia has more strategic and tactical nuclear bombs than NATO.
