Finally watched this...

was kinda pianful, lol. The first half was Bravo sounding like a school kid who got in trouble and is desperately trying to explain 'his side of the story'.. lol

I wonder what Rickson thinks of the rubber-guard. Was it really new to him?

He said he would 'sleep on it'. :)

Bravo said he tried to say everything real fast in case Rickson might says he has to be somewhere.

He is very good at being politically correct. I dought he has seen any one high level with rubber guard demonstrate it.

Being a Gracie is a business and businesses dont usually go around doing things that would help other businesses like promote their stuff, but businesses also dont want to make unnecessary enemies. Maybe 1 o 2 more generations of Gracies and you'll see one doing rubber guard. Gracies are taught from birth that Gracie jiu jitsu is the best ever forever. Also not easy to just add a system of stuff to a high level skill set thats already put together.

I wonder if Rickson (or any other Gracie) still gets challenged like in the old days, or how they feel about 'protecting the family honor' and all that business that caused so many scraps back in the days.
