Comin to ya from our man Daglord:
Love this, man. Nice to see more footage of Cus D'Amato, too... I always thought he was a fascinating character.
Rare MIKE TYSON Doc w/ Tons of Early Years Footage
no prob man. cus d'amato was a legend. as good a trainer mentally as physically. growing up, when other kids were idolizing their fav football or baseball stars, I was all about tyson. being raised around boxing, same with cus. tyson wouldn't have been who he was w/o him. not even close imo.
as for tyson, unparalleled combination of speed+power+head movement/footwork. & focus (early on). GOAT imho. not really a popular opinion though. followed him as far as I can remember. never missed a fight, back in the day when fighters signed contracts with HBO or showtime & you got to see all their fights. fuck this PPV for every event like how it is now.
I need to hit more of these subforums. I bookmarked straight into rebel alliance & miss a ton of shit apparently.
