It's not a complete wreckage but enough to be hobbled up for a while. I'm very depressed about it, I'd sworn to get back to better training consistency after my trip. Now my knee is all fucked and I can't twist or bend it most directions.

I hope it heals fast but sometimes knees just don't recover. :(

How well did it eventually heal?

Mine's feeling better but in certain positions it just gives out and feels like it at certain angles it will just come apart completely.

I was gonna go back tonight just for super light training but maybe that's dumb

Most of my worst injuries in jiu jitsu have come while rolling light. It's weird.

I recently realized I've got a nice handful of techniques/options from that sit up guard. Been thinking about it a lot but haven't really made a solid effort to test it out and actively practice it in rolls.

that's a great drill to start using it more

It's healed, maybe 95%. Sometimes i will still feel a tinge on the inside of my right knee. I went back after 3 months and just played half guard. Now I'm a master at the wrestle up from half guard.
