That was great thanks

Never heard of this Musumeci kid, I'll keep an eye out.

How do they stay so calm with so many deep footlocks? Those guys were cranking on em!!

I hate when guys go for footlocks, lol. I need to work on better defense/escapes when they do that.

- He stayed composed against Imanari. I think the fact that Imanari got older, and has to much battle -damage made the kid more secure?. Imanari was calm because he is Imanari

So good.

Is it weird that I have almost no interest in footlocks/heelhooks etc? I know they work and are cool but honestly it just doesn't interest me and kind of sours good rolls. Especially among lower belts, I find it cheap to start going for that stuff. Maybe one day I'll think different.

Great vid.

Musumeci is one of the new bloods. Also check out Mica Galvao... that kid's been submitting black belts since he was 13!

Neither do I... but I saw this kid on BJJ Fanatics. I thought he was some new school berimbolo leg locker type grappler, but no. He's old school and beating all the new champs with fundamentals. In fact he just won a BJJ Stars GP in Brazil beating legends.
