arona is juiced to the gills.

Nice - Almeida was one of my favourite personalities of the sport back in the day. Very cool and calm, technical and humble

His MMA fights were great too, he had so much potential, way ahead of his time

Arona was the only guy on BTT I didn't like... during the rival days of BTT vs Chute Boxe, I would usually cheer for BTT (Nog, Bustamante, etc), but when Arona fought I started becoming a Chute Boxe fan :)

Arona got caught in the middle of the fire btw Cute-boxe and Brazilian top team.
But he and Wand are cool now.

He was one of my favorites, and amazing grappler with very cool kicks.

He was a boring MMA fighter imo

Supposedly he surfs, but he was so stiff in the ring I can't imagine him being loose enough to ride waves, lol

I still think Wand and Shogun punked him in the GP, lol
