About a week ago, I accidentally shoved a folder into the pocket that this book was kept in, and it bent up all the middle pages.

I freaked out a bit, stored my folder properly and straightened all the pages by hand and now store it spine up, not pages up.

TL;DR, the book is perfect again and if you're storing it in a bag, store it spine up, not pages up. If you shove something into the spine by accident, it won't bend up all the pages.
