If Hilary is already aware of et presence, why does she need to carry a book entitled are we alone?

Leaks do not prove that she is aware of ET presence per se... only discussing the idea of disclosing whatever info may exist so far. This could be huge and tangible, or vague for all we know. It is being discussed though, this enough is clear but what are they discussing?

The book from what I gather on the cover blurb is not about facts of ETS but the 'Philisophical Implications' of any such discovery. I gather that Hillary and Laurence Rockefeller were probably discussing something more along these lines; what EFFECTS any hypothetical disclosure might have of the masses, on industry, on media/politics etc.

Would they be outright fake as in not even from Wikileaks? Or fake from Wikileaks?
