We are so easily played... play it left too long and the people scream for the right. Play it right too long and people will scream for the left again. Each time we think its a victory where in truth the left-right spirals like a corkscrew, digging further in the same direction.
So after this far-right Trump swing-right, its no doubt that in 4 or 8 years they will put up another left-wing celebrity to secure the next vote.
But how far left will they swing it? Will we get some trans gender SJW in the White House?
What will be the reaction when all this Trumpism has played its part?
They are already talking about Michelle Obama FFS, can you imagine? The people will EAT IT UP and vote for someone like that as it was the fuckin Messiah.

I think it's switching more to Nationalism vs Globalism right now, and eventually given enough time globalism might win out, but that is not for a long time to come.

Yes that's what I'm talking about.
They can't really sell the Globalist model right now, even with all the Hollywood programming they've been doing for the past few decades to set us up for it. We're close but not enough to really buy into it yet, lots of people still fighting TPP and Brexit, etc
But if they go all Nationalist-Socialist Isolationist under Trump and he makes a catastrophe of it, then naturally a globalist model will look a helluva lot more appealing in 4-8 years.
Look at what happened after WWI, League of Nations created. After WWII United Nations. They need these monsters to play out in order to take next steps.

When the elite first gave the serfs the illusion of freedom, they did it by taking away the rule by the King, and making it the rule of the duly elected government.
Of course, the real scam was that the King controlled both the left and the right wing parties, and he didn't give a shit which one was in government because the King was the one really in charge.
Nothing has changed over the years, we have the false left-right paradigm and people fall for it again and again. The funny part is that when the elite want more war, they will often use the left wing leader to initiate it because the people say "it must be necessary if Justin (Obama, Blair, insert name of lefty leader here) is doing it".
In the case of the recent election in the US however, it's a bit different to the standard Hegelian dialect, I liken it to when Putin took power. Trump will play the game as much as he deems necessary, but he will be calling more of the shots, in my opinion.
It will be interesting to watch what the left do over the next few years, their movement could suffer a savage setback if America does actually start to improve under Trump's vision. The SJW's and radical leftists will become less and less relevant in a system that refuses to cater to them and give them a soap box to preach from. The dinosaur mainstream media has suffered a massive blow to it's credibility since the election and a lot of people's eyes have been opened to the ways of the system.
The left will be planning to get the wheels in motion to make sure that when they do reclaim power, that they never lose it again. Problem is, that I believe this is Trump's plan as well.
