Going to pull the sink and paint the counter to match the wall and finish it with an epoxy resin top coat. Then I'm going to tile the floor with these...

If you have property you can teach yourself how to do home improvement. Just take it one project at a time. Do some YouTube research and meditate on it. I'm sure it'd turn out ok even if it isn't perfect.

Being able to finish with caulk and cut in with paint (2 coats always) is huge. It makes a big difference. A lot of properties are not finished correctly.

The baseboard and door and window casing has gaps because they were never caulked over 30+ years. Its crazy.
