- You guys dont have walls or concret fences on the outside? Here were i live, we have places like that. But in other cities, houses look like prison!

Pretty sure they sprayed herbicide on some unwanted growth.
I ended up wrapping the posts. I got a bit of the railing done. It's going to look sharp. I'll finish tomorrow for now. Ill be back to paint the wood after I take care of a few other things.

Made a gate to keep a bunch of little dogs corralled. I probably won't paint until spring.

No. But it's in the neighborhood.
Deck #1 this year should be a good lead.
This is my favorite place to build and I'd been wanting to get a foothold in these types of newly built neighborhoods. There are a handful around this address. It's a good spot.
They build these houses without decks... back door 5ft off of the ground, no access.

It was cold this last week. Next week should be better.
Ground is still too cold.
