Epoxy resin thread
Re: Epoxy resin thread
Going to pull the sink and paint the counter to match the wall and finish it with an epoxy resin top coat. Then I'm going to tile the floor with these...

To match the backsplash and the walls (and carpet).
Turning a cheap, plentiful material into a rare, valuable one is kind of like this https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philosopher%27s_stone
If you really think about it.

If you have property you can teach yourself how to do home improvement. Just take it one project at a time. Do some YouTube research and meditate on it. I'm sure it'd turn out ok even if it isn't perfect.
Being able to finish with caulk and cut in with paint (2 coats always) is huge. It makes a big difference. A lot of properties are not finished correctly.
The baseboard and door and window casing has gaps because they were never caulked over 30+ years. Its crazy.
