Have you ever imagined being a Duergar named Stålkuk?
Also astral Triple is great when you're in the underdark.
Baldur's Gate 3

Usually Banging.
I don't know about astral travel but I am getting pretty good at visualizing being places before I sleep. Most nights I start at the top of a snowy mountain and start snowboarding down. Many times it feels remarkably real, then I drift into dreaming.

Haven't watched yet.
I tend to like Robert Sepehr's stuff. This is a bit off topic for him but maybe worth bookmarking for later here.
Still very interested in dreaming, visions etc, though I've come to no solid conclusions.

I suppose whatever it is might work without being fucked out of your mind but never has for me.

I am starting to remember my dreams a little better lately. Still mostly forget, but better.
Mrs Masato is also suddenly interested in dreams, experiencing more lucidity. My son bought her an audio book about lucid dreaming, we are going through it together sometimes before sleep.
I forgot about that Sepehr vid ^^ I still haven't watched it yet.
It is awfully strange how much time we spend in dreams, whatever they are. And nobody seems to have a clue. How odd, lol
