I could offer many excuses why I was away, but I'm not sure any of them are valid, lol

I'm in pretty good shape actually (not great but OK) because of that gym franchise my wife and I bought. We're doing the classes maybe 3x a week. So physical is not the issue. The time off allowed all my injuries to heal so I'm feeling fine to train.
It's a mental thing I guess, the older I get the more courage I seem to need to train. And yet I don't want to quit.
It's become a weird paradox. I'm working on it, lol

Anyways, wish me luck. So far the classes have been great.

- Jump on trt, if you dont like, you can always come back off. A injecton every ten days or so. I aint gonna lie, you're gonna performe like Randy Orton, but is night and days of being a naty.

Fuck that

I am on F45 :D :D :D

A world of difference. I am already way past all the old man complaints I had not too long ago.
If I keep up the classes & don't get injured rolling, I see no reason why I shouldn't be in prime shape very soon/the next few years

- You can stop. Unless you take massive amounts and shut down you endocrine system.

- What you cant, is keep the enhanced performance when you come off.
